About #MentorFirst

#MentorFirst was initiated by Professors Jen Heemstra (Washington University in St. Louis ) and Neil Garg (UCLA) with the goal of eradicating negative environments in academic research laboratories and instead promoting best mentoring practices that foster individual growth and research success.
